Herbert Publications charges an affordable Article Processing Charge (APC) to cover administrative costs, the publication process, and long-term maintenance of published content.

Waiver Policy:
A 50% APC waiver will be provided only to authors from low-income economies and lower-middle-income economies for journals with processing charges above US$500.
