Pulmonology and Respiratory Research is an Open Access (Gold OA), peer reviewed, international online publishing journal, which aims to publish high-quality articles covering broad aspects of the pulmonary medicine and respiratory system research. The primary focus is to foster major contributions on recent advances in clinical applications for diagnosis, intervention and treatment of  respiratory diseases and infections.

The scope of the Journal encompasses clinical research in interdisciplinary areas of the lung, pulmonary functions and respiratory system. It encourages basic and translational reviews, concise communications and case reports on etiology, epidemiology and pathological studies.
