To support these services, Herbert Publications requests an affordable Article Processing Charge (APC) from authors to cover administrative expenses, the publication process, and website maintenance.

Publication Fee

APC Waiver Policy

A 50% APC waiver is available only to authors from low-income and lower-middle-income economies, as defined by international economic classifications.
This waiver applies only to journals with an APC exceeding US $500.
