Dr. Geoffrey Burnstock
completed his Ph.D. at University College London. He held postdoctoral fellowships at National Institute for medical Research, University of Oxford and University of Illinois. Grants totaling over £18 million from MRC, BHF, Welcome Trust, NHMRC, NHF and the Drug Industry to support his work over the years. Dr. Geoffrey's major research interest has been autonomic neurotransmission and he is best known for his seminal discovery and definition of P2 purinergic receptors, their signaling pathways and functional relevance.

Prof. John E. Gerich
The University of Rochester, USA. He has experience in teaching over 35 years. He has been a clinical investigator for about 500 publications. Dr. Gerich has also served as Program Director of the NIH funded Clinical Research Center (CRC). His research examines hormone-substrate control of glucose homeostasis and of hypoglycemia counter regulation by evaluating the role of the kidney.

Prof. Hermann Toplak
presently working as Professor of Medicine and in charge of the Medical Curriculum in Internal Medicine, Medical University Graz, Austria. Dr. Hermann has played a vital role in the organisation of several national and European congresses. His research is focused on Nutritional Therapy and Dietetics.

Dr. Kjeld Hermansen
acts as professor of Endocrinology and Metabolism, Aarhus University Hospital, Aarhus Sygehus, Denmark. His extensive experience is with animal (in vivo and in vitro) and human intervention studies in relation to carbohydrate-and lipid metabolism, cardiovascular risk factors, prevention of metabolic syndrome and diabetes, molecular biology.

Dr. Krista R Casazza
Professor of Nutritional Sciences, The University of Alabama, USA. Her major research is focused on Mechanisms associated with body tissue partitioning during childhood, with the central focus of reciprocal interplay between bone and adipose tissue, and far-reaching interwoven pathways ultimately leading to adulthood health determination.

Prof. Lu Cai
is acting as professor of Pediatrics and Radiation Oncology, University of Louisville, USA. He has been awarded by Basic Research Award from American Diabetes Association. He has completed grants by American Diabetes Association, Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation, and Philip Morris External Research Program etc. His major research interest is in Diabetic cardiomyopathy and nephropathy.
