Roles and Responsibilities
Editor-in-Chief:

- Upholds standards of research integrity and ethical practice.
- Represents the journal within the scientific community and promotes its mission.
Senior Editors:
- Assist the Editor-in-Chief in strategic planning and policy development.
- Provide guidance in peer review and editorial decisions within their areas of expertise.
- Encourage the submission of high-quality manuscripts and suggest reviewers.
Editorial Board Members:
- Serve as subject matter experts for manuscript evaluation and peer review.
- Advise on journal scope and emerging topics in the field.
- Promote the journal through professional networks and contribute to special issues or thematic collections.
