Herbert Publications identifies the vitality of an eminent Editorial Board in accomplishing a Journal with their contributions in fostering the quality of a publication and the journal's content.

All the members are expected to strive to meet the high ethical and publications standards in accordance to COPE and ICMJE guidelines.

Every Editorial Board member should ensure submission of at least one manuscript in a year.
Editors should ensure the protection of individual data and maintain confidentiality.
Represent and promote the journal at academic meetings and conferences.

Members are expected to review around 3-5 manuscripts for each year. If they failed to do so, editors will be deposed from Editorial Board according to the Editorial policy.
